I have been a therapist for 19 years, having trained originally at the Nirvana Spa in Berkshire, specialising in Advanced Clinical Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This includes treatment for Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, post surgery, including cosmetic surgery (pre & post op practitioner).
I am registered with B.L.S (British Lymphology Society) and insured with FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).
Outside of work, I enjoy cold water swimming.
